Hubby got me a vespa for my birthday – I’ve wanted one for quite some time! So, now I have a new ride to get to ginger – the weather is perfect in winter park for cruising on the vespa. Its amazing how much you can fit in that little trunk too – a purse and a cute pair of shoes fit easily.
we have tile in our bathroom and our storage room now, so pretty. we just can’t wait to get the rest of the flooring down – then we will be days away from opening. hopefully the floors go in tomorrow, and ginger will be open soon.
we are getting really close now. the colors are so fun – what you can see here is macadamia and leapfrog. our primary colors in the store are dark browns, and greens, with splashes of a coppery-ginger color. ginger is going to be such a beautiful place to shop!
The walls are up and it is looking so good. Ginger is really starting to come together – our boutique is soon going to be filled with beautiful clothes and accessories – we cannot wait!
The electrical rough-in – as they call it – is done and we are ready for drywall. Once the walls are up it will look completely different.
A quick pic of our framing – the framers had this up in just a couple days – it really changes the look of things – we can see the shape of the store now. Its really starting to feel real now.
ginger winter park is located in the Hannibal Square shopping district. We are still in the process of completing our build-out and wanted to share a bit of the progress with you. Here is our front door – with our temporary signs, I know, you can’t see much, but we are very excited.
