Customer Service

We offer free shipping by UPS on all orders of $100 or more placed within the 48 contiguous United States.

If you need two-day shipping or overnight shipping your package will be sent by UPS or FedEx and the charges will be included on your purchase.

If your order is being shipped outside the 48 United States, we will use the United States Postal Service to mail your package, and the total will be included on your purchase.

Satisfaction

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order or the service we have provided, please let us know. Or, if you have a suggestion for us, tell us. We want to hear from you.

Orders

Orders received after 1p.m. EST will be processed the next business day. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process and ship your order. We will e-mail you when we ship your order and you will receive a tracking number for your package.

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect it carefully for damage. Try on your merchandise to ensure it fits properly.

Coupons

If you have a coupon code, enter it on the checkout page. Your total will be adjusted to reflect the appropriate price. Coupons cannot be combined with any other offers or used on sale items.

Payment

Ginger accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. At this time, we cannot accept gift cards or store credits for online purchases.

Selas Tax

By law, we must charge sales tax in the states where we operate brick-and-mortar stores. So, we will charge sales tax for merchandise shipped to Maryland and Florida.

Order Status

You can check the status of your order with the UPS tracking number we provide at the time your order is shipped.

Unavailability

Sometimes an item that you ordered may be out of stock. We will notify you by e-mail if this is the case. Be assured you will never be charged for items not in stock.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order, Ginger will gladly issue a full refund or exchange for unworn, unaltered, non-sale merchandise purchased from gingerstyle.com, as long as the item is returned within seven days of receipt of item.

All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number, written on the outside of your package. Please contact customerservice@gingerstyle.com or call (301) 662-9242 for a return authorization number.

Ginger will offer store credit for returns of sale merchandise.

Merchandise purchased with special promotions or coupons may be returned or exchanged at purchase price.

Return Shipping

All return shipments must be postmarked within seven days from the date you receive your order. Returns may be accepted either by mail or at either of our retail locations. E-mail us for information on returning orders from outside the contiguous United States.

Ginger is not responsible for any return that is lost, stolen, or mishandled. Ginger reserves the right to refuse returned goods.

Refunds

Refunds for non-sale merchandise will be made in the form of original payment (less shipping charges when applicable). Please allow fourteen business days to process your request and refund your credit card. We will e-mail you when the transaction has been processed. Please note, most banks require additional business days to post the refund to your account.

*Shipping timelines are subject to credit verification and product availability. We will contact you with a follow-up e-mail or phone call if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. If you ordered multiple products, we may ship them in separate boxes (at no extra cost to you) to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Ginger uses UPS for domestic shipments and USPS Global Express for international shipments. UPS is unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as PO Boxes. UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Ginger offers FREE UPS ground shipping on all domestic orders over $100 shipped to an address in the 48 contiguous United States. Alternate shipping methods are noted in the table below.

To protect our customers from potential credit card fraud, all orders with different shipping and billing addresses will need to be confirmed in writing. You will be e-mailed a confirmation form upon placement of your order that will need to be signed with a copy of your credit card and driver's license then faxed back to our office.

International Shipping Guidelines

Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

When ordering from Ginger, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you. Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international Customers and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package. Ginger does not lower the value of merchandise on international shipping documents.

Shipping Restrictions

Delivery is unavailable on Saturday, Sunday and federal holidays. UPS is unable to deliver to APO/FPO and PO Boxes. A valid street address is required for prompt delivery.

You will receive an e-mail confirming your merchandise has been shipped. Remember to change your e-mail settings to accept all e-mails from gingerstyle.com. The e-mail confirmation will include a tracking number from the shipping carrier. Merchandise can be tracked through the applicable carrier's website using the assigned tracking number.

Privacy Policy

Ginger will not buy, share, sell, trade or otherwise compromise your personal information with any third parties. You may choose to receive our e-mails to learn about new merchandise, trends, promotions, sales and discounts. You may opt out of this subscriber list at any time from the gingerstyle.com website or any e-mail we send you.

Ginger does not store your credit card information. All information is verified by authorize.net and stored on encrypted servers protected by SSL(secure sockets layer) technology.

CVV2

Ginger's checkout process requires the CVV2 number as an additional precaution against fraud and identity theft. This number appears as a three-digit code on the back of your Visa or Mastercard, after your card number, or as a four-digit code printed on the face of your American Express.
